Fiesta Lime Chicken




Marinade
1 cup water
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Dressing
ranch dressing
salsa

Chicken
boneless breast
(makes about 4)

Additional Ingredients
shredded cheddar cheese
blue corn tortilla chips

Marinade your chicken for 3-4 hours.

Broil, but keep rack in the oven in the middle, 5-6 minutes per side, or until
chicken juice runs clear.
Take chicken out. Prepare another pan with blue corn tortilla chips on the bottom. Put chicken on chips. Top chicken with a good amount of your ranch/salsa sauce. Then top with cheese.
Broil another minute. Or until cheese is melted. Watch closely!!!

Take out. Top with fresh squeezed lime.
