At what point do you say, “it’s enough”?

Most of us have been taught to “forgive and forget” … “love one another” …

But at what point does it become verbal abuse that you are allowing yourself to endure?

One can only take so much negativity towards them before they crack. … And me? I’ve cracked. I have emotional scar tissue that can never be removed.

There are many forms of “bullies” in our lives. It starts at the school yard … and ends in racism, whether it be towards your skin color, beliefs, body type or lifestyle.

Ask yourself… Are you an emotional bully? Are you teaching your children to love or hurt? Before you react, are you thinking of others? What your words could be causing?

If not … take a long look in the mirror and ask yourself this …

Was it worth it? …

What have you done for someone today? Was it positive? Or could you have been an emotional bully?

I encourage you to take the time today to make a difference.

Right the wrong.

Or just send a friendly note to someone.

I promise it will change their day … and maybe yours.

"Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing is going to get better. It's not." Dr Seuss

Love the Seuss quote! :)

I say stop listening to that buffoon! Clearly there are issues there and not worth your precious time. I know that is easier said than done, and I feel like I have been dishing that advice out a lot lately (not to you, just lots of friends in general), but it's true. It should be life's new golden rule: "Ignore those who hurt you and love more those who don't!" There! I made up a new life lesson! hehehe

I love you and your adorable family! ((hugs)) (That was my virtual love note to you since I'm all out of stamps to send a real one! hehe)
